Alicia Doble Fielding, CPA, has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Alicia started their career as a Staff Auditor at Mellon Bank Corporation in 1998, where they evaluated internal controls and ensured compliance with corporate policies and government regulations. Alicia then joined Nardella & Taylor, Certified Public Accountants in 1999 as a Manager/Accountant, performing bank examinations and documenting accounting procedures for various clients. In 2005, Alicia joined Charles River Associates and took on roles such as Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, and eventually Controller - Revenue Operations and Technical Accounting. During their time at Charles River Associates, they managed departments related to revenue, accounts receivable, billing, accounts payable, general ledger, and SEC reporting. Alicia also conducted accounting research on various topics and installed a fixed asset system integrated with the general ledger. Alicia is currently the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Bright Horizons, a position they have held since March 2022.

Alicia Doble Fielding, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Alicia also holds a CPA certification.
