Ashley Coulter

Ashley Coulter started their career in 2000 as a Marketing Manager at Farmers Insurance, where they managed a district of agents and created marketing materials for recruitment. Ashley then joined State Farm Insurance in 2009 as an Account Manager, specializing in advertising campaigns and managing a marketing team. In 2011, they worked as a Digital Marketing & Development Manager at Engelhardt and Partners Advertising, focusing on fully integrated ad campaigns. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Account Supervisor at Ozone Online, managing client accounts and leading cross-functional project teams. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Account Director at TMP Worldwide, responsible for revenue generation and managing client accounts. Currently, they are a Senior Director of Enterprise Partnerships at Bright Horizons, partnering with strategic clients to implement and optimize work-life strategies.

Ashley Coulter received a Bachelor of Art degree in Business Management & Marketing from CSUSM College of Business in 2003.
