Bruce Lambert

Bruce Lambert is an accomplished professional in contact center operations and resource planning with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Resource Planning & Reporting at Bright Horizons since April 2015, Bruce leads a team focused on forecasting volume, staffing requirements, and monitoring contact center performance metrics. Prior to this, Bruce held various roles at Fidelity Investments as a Financial Representative, JPMorgan Chase as Operations Manager III/VP and Senior Operations Manager, and Comcast Cable Communications, Inc. as Sr. Director of Call Center Operations. Bruce's early career included positions at Primestar, Inc. as Quality Manager and Customer Service Center Manager. Bruce holds a Master of Arts in Political Science/Public Administration from Midwestern State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy.
