Jennifer Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Jennifer started their career as an Assistant to the CEO at ChildrenFirst in 2001, where they gained exposure to different tasks and functions within the company. In 2002, they became the Director of Parent Services at ChildrenFirst, leading a customer outreach and marketing function for employer-sponsored child care centers.

In 2005, Jennifer joined Bright Horizons as the Director of Parent Services, managing the enhancement and support of custom child care management software for marketing and operations. Jennifer also led a technology integration project and facilitated training for child care center staff.

Jennifer then progressed to the role of Sr. Director IT - Business Application Development at Bright Horizons in 2011. In this position, they led software and business process redesign for child care centers in the US, UK, and India, including the acquisition of a center management software solution. Jennifer managed key relationships with technology partners and developed efficient processes for implementing software and process changes across multiple centers.

In 2017, Jennifer was promoted to Vice President, Application Development at Bright Horizons, where they guided the development and execution of strategic product roadmaps for child care centers. Jennifer managed a team of individuals focused on business analysis, change implementation, training, support, and application development. Jennifer also led the initiative to develop actionable dashboards to support key areas of the business.

Most recently, Jennifer is the Vice President - Center Product Strategy at Bright Horizons, starting in 2021. Jennifer is responsible for developing and managing an accelerated technology roadmap for child care centers and building a team of product managers and business intelligence experts to drive positive business outcomes.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has shown strong leadership skills, technological expertise, and a commitment to driving innovation and enhancing business operations in the child care industry.

Jennifer Jennings attended The George Washington University, but it is unclear when they started or finished their studies there. Additionally, they participated in a study abroad program at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they completed a degree in an unspecified field of study.
