Melissa Sposato

Melissa Sposato has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Melissa began their career in 1996 at Workplace Connections, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources and Center Administration until 2001. That year, Melissa joined Bright Horizons and held various roles within the company. Melissa started as a Human Resources Manager in 2001 and was later promoted to Director of HR Business Partnerships in 2012. Currently, Melissa holds the position of Vice President of HR Business Partnerships at Bright Horizons.

From 1989 to 1992, Melissa Sposato attended Wheaton College Massachusetts, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
