Suzy Althauser is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bright Horizons since October 2004. With a proven track record of leadership, Suzy has led a team of 7-10 talent acquisition partners, created and hosted training sessions, and managed employee development processes. Suzy's expertise extends to crafting and executing strategic recruitment strategies, conducting large-scale hiring initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to organizational leaders. Prior to this role, Suzy worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Center Director at Bright Horizons, and as a Teacher with Lake Washington School District. Suzy holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Washington State University, obtained in 1995.
