Urszula Stankiewicz

Urszula Stankiewicz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of People & Communications at Bright Inventions since December 2016, where responsibilities include developing strategic communication plans and managing talent acquisition. Previously, Stankiewicz held roles such as HR Business Partner & Marketing Manager, and Employer Branding & Recruitment Specialist, focusing on HR planning, branding strategies, and recruitment. Additionally, Stankiewicz has served on the Supervisory Board, providing strategic oversight and advice. In academia, Stankiewicz has been an English Language Teacher at a private language school since February 2011. With a solid foundation in management and marketing, complemented by degrees from the University of Gdansk and Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk in HR Management and Pedagogical training, Stankiewicz combines expertise in HR, communications, and education.
