Joseph Varghese

Joseph Varghese has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, serving as the Head of People & Culture and Communications at Technip Energies from July 2019 to February 2024 and as an HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Manager - HR at Technip India Limited from May 2008 to July 2019 and worked as an Associate Consultant at Siga Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd from February 2006 to May 2008. Joseph's career began as a Trainee Accounts Receivables Executive at Perot Systems Business Process Solution Pvt Ltd from September 2005 to February 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai.
