Sviat Dulianinov

Sviat Dulianinov began their work experience in 2013 as a Business Analyst Intern at Strategy Partners Group. In 2014, they interned as a Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney. Later that year, they joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Associate Consultant in 2016 and a Consultant in 2017. At Bain & Company, they led projects in the retail and transportation sectors, and also played a key role in the Customer Experience practice, publishing articles in leading business media. In 2015, while still working at Bain, they co-founded and served as the CEO of KRUTE, a mobility company. In 2018, they joined SPAR as the Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing the strategy for the company's operations in central Russia, which included grocery supermarkets, discounter stores, franchise mom-and-pop stores, HoReCa distribution business, B2B grocery distribution business, food production plants, and restaurants. Sviat led a team of 60 employees across multiple functions and advised the SPAR board and management as an Advisor. In 2022, Dulianinov joined Bright Machines as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, and in 2023, they became the Chief Strategy Officer.

Sviat Dulianinov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Foreign Languages from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO, during the years 2010-2014. In 2013, as part of an international exchange program, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Finance from Università degli Studi di Trieste. Later, in 2018-2020, Sviat pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation/Operations at The Wharton School.
