Frank Major

Frank Major serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Bright MLS since October 2018, where responsibilities include strategy and vision for the largest U.S. multiple listing service. Previously, Frank held the position of Chief Information Officer at Amify, successfully building a Cloud-native platform and overseeing a diverse team of over 20 resources. As Chief Architect at PenFed Credit Union, Frank developed a governance framework and technology strategy for an omnichannel banking platform. Additional experience includes roles at Capital One, USAA, Freddie Mac, Physia, Booz Allen Hamilton, and E-Systems, contributing to extensive expertise in technology architecture and consulting. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.
