Kari Bell

Kari Bell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing employee programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at Bright + Early, Kari has been a member and ambassador for The People People Group since January 2018, contributing to the improvement of HR practices and the employee experience. Previous roles include Senior Manager of People & Culture at Acuity Insights, where Kari established the Employee Success System, and People Experience Manager at Coinsquare, responsible for onboarding over 180 employees in one year and creating numerous policies and training programs. Kari's career began at Starbucks, achieving significant sales growth and safety improvements in various management roles. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Adult Learning and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and a BA in Acting and German from Dalhousie University.
