Azjina Akbar

Azjina Akbar has a diverse work experience spanning several years. They started their career at Amazon in 2015 as a Digital Content Quality Associate, where they contributed to the pilot process of introducing Xray for textbooks. After a contract period of 6 months, they worked full time on the verification of xray content of Kindle books.

In 2018, Azjina joined Lasso And Marquee Design Solutions as a Senior Operator. They played a vital role in building a pilot process for working on ecommerce article content. They ensured quality standards were met and coordinated with clients on quality standards and training. In 2019, they were promoted to Team Manager and were responsible for planning and executing the process workflow for ecommerce content. They also set up performance metrics and tracked, assessed, and analyzed team and individual performance.

Most recently, Azjina joined Bright River in 2020 as a Manager. They interacted with clients to understand their requirements and executed them. They were responsible for the growth of the team and process and delegated and monitored roles and responsibilities to team managers for production and quality. In 2022, they were promoted to Operations Head-CCO.

Azjina Akbar attended NSN. Mat. Hr secondary school from 1998 to 2012. However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this time. Following this, they enrolled at Madras Christian College and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from 2012 to 2015.
