Heather McMillan is a seasoned executive leadership coach and facilitator, currently affiliated with Bright Wire Leadership and Heather McMillan Coaching & Consulting since August 2021. Previously, Heather held various managerial roles at Pembina Pipeline Corporation from December 2014 to July 2021, focusing on talent and training development. Heather’s early career included significant positions at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2006 to 2014, where responsibilities spanned program development, instruction, and student services within the School of Business. Educational qualifications include a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Master’s degree in Adult Education & Training from the University of Phoenix, and studies at both the University of Regina and the University of Saskatchewan.
