Kisha Wynter

Kisha Wynter is an accomplished Founder and CEO of Wynter Rich Enterprises, a leadership consulting and coaching firm established in January 2020, dedicated to fostering healthy coaching cultures in mission-driven companies. In addition to leading their own firm, Kisha serves as an Executive and Leadership Team Coach at Bright Arrow Coaching & Leadership Development since January 2021, and is a Principal Consultant for DEI & Women in Leadership at KeenAlignment from July 2020. Kisha contributes to the private network Chief as an Executive Team Coach, empowering women in executive leadership. Prior experience includes significant HR leadership roles at GE from 2001 to 2019, where Kisha held positions such as HR Leader for Corporate Audit Staff for North & Latin America and Diversity, Organization & Talent Development Leader for GE Asset Management. Kisha holds a CDP in Advanced DEI Strategy from Cornell University ILR School, an MBA from Sacred Heart University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies & Spanish from California State University, Long Beach.
