Angela Virgin, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Angela is currently working at Brightcove as the Director of Global Enterprise Customer Success since April 2022. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Customer Success Director at Brightcove from April 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Brightcove, Angela had a long tenure at Honeywell, starting as a Customer Care Administrator in June 2003 and later transitioning to the role of Project Control Specialist in November 2007. Throughout their time at Honeywell, Angela was responsible for managing customer relationships, gathering and analyzing customer satisfaction metrics, and coordinating with various teams to ensure customer retention and identify growth opportunities. Angela Virgin, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing, Management, and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Phoenix.
