Lauren Walters

Lauren Walters has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, writing, operations, and education. Lauren is currently working as a Senior Marketing Project Manager at Brightcove since July 2022. Prior to that, they were self-employed as an Independent Writing and Marketing Consultant since July 2016. From January 2020 to July 2022, they worked as a Marketing Projects Manager at Inductive Automation, and prior to that, they served as a Marketing Content Writer at the same company from May 2018 to January 2020. Lauren also has experience in marketing and operations at Materialist from November 2015 to June 2016. In the field of arts and culture, they worked as a Residency Program Assistant and Artist Liaison at Montalvo Arts Center from September 2013 to May 2015, and as an Education Coordinator at de Saisset Museum from January 2013 to June 2013. Additionally, they have experience as a Student and an intern in Campus Ministry at Santa Clara University from 2009 to 2013. Lauren has also held positions as Manager of Visitor Services at Museums of Los Gatos in 2013, and as an Intern at San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art from June 2012 to October 2012. Lauren was also a Docent/Intern at de Saisset Museum, Santa Clara University from April 2012 to June 2012.

Lauren Walters attended Bishop O'Dowd High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at Santa Clara University from 2009 to 2013. During their time at Santa Clara University, Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation.
