Laurence Clayton-Trotman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management within the technology and luxury sectors. As a Senior Customer Success Director at Brightcove since October 2020, Laurence has effectively managed a seven-figure portfolio of Tier 1 clients, enhancing SaaS adoption and delivering tailored strategies that drive client retention and significant project expansions. Prior to this role, Laurence served as Director of Product & Operations at L'Effet Luxury Shopping Rewards, overseeing product development and operations, and successfully leading the company to its first revenue generation.
