Lina Rodrigues

Lina Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lina started their career in 2002 at Standard Bank, where they held positions such as Manager of Offer Design and Customer Value Management and Product Manager for Unsecured Lending and Private Bank Lending. During their time at Standard Bank, they managed portfolios, developed strategies, and implemented new products. In 2012, they joined Standard Bank Group as a Senior Product Manager and Product Owner, where they focused on Agile methodology and won an IT Mark of Excellence award. In 2017, Lina became a Freelancer, providing consulting services until 2018 when they joined TV App Agency as a Project Manager. In 2019, they joined Brightcove as a Project Manager, progressing to roles such as Senior Project Manager, Manager of OTT Program Delivery, and Senior Manager of Project Management.

Lina Rodrigues has a Bachelor's degree in Bcompt from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Lina also holds a diploma in Accounting from the Academy of Learning. Lina completed their Matriculation from Sir John Adamson High School. In addition, they have a diploma in Intermediate Accounting from The Financial Management Institute of South Africa (FMI).

Lina has further certifications, including an Agile Bootcamp Certification from iQ Business Solutions, obtained in 2014. Lina also has a Women in Leadership certification from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, earned in June 2013.
