Owen Liu

Owen Liu is an experienced project management professional with a robust background in engineering and project execution. Currently serving as Manager of the Project Management Office at Corix since September 2020, Owen has held multiple roles within the organization, including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager focused on District Energy. Prior experience includes an Intermediate Project Engineer position at Vancouver Airport Authority and various engineering roles at Hatch, where responsibilities spanned significant projects like the Rio Tinto Kemano T2 Project and several assignments at Teck Resources Limited. Owen's foundational experience includes positions as a Project Engineering Co-op at Metro Vancouver and various co-op roles at Stantec and Haakon Industries, where skills in project coordination, mechanical design, and engineering analysis were developed. Owen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
