Ricardo Ibusquiza

Ricardo Ibusquiza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, design, and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Representative at Brightcove since August 2020, Ricardo has previously held design roles at PJC Light Studio Ltd and Inverse Lighting Design Ltd. Additionally, Ricardo has experience in digital marketing and business development from a tenure at Brightcove focusing on the Southern Europe and LATAM markets. Prior experience includes positions as a Gallery Assistant at the Victoria and Albert Museum and The National Gallery, and various roles in customer service and management at Royal Museums Greenwich and Gruppo Maggioli.
