David Birkinshaw

David Birkinshaw has a strong background in sales, particularly in the field of enterprise accounts and electronic information resources. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales at BrightCrowd since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Graduway from September 2019 to January 2022, holding the roles of Director Global Enterprise Accounts and Strategic Account Executive, focusing on SAAS Enterprise Sales. Before that, they were a Senior Sales Manager - Enterprise at De Gruyter from September 2013 to September 2019. David Birkinshaw's career began at EMERALD PUBLISHING LIMITED in July 2006, where they served as a Senior Enterprise Business Manager, responsible for selling electronic information resources to organizations through multi-year agreements. In this role, they spent 50% of their time acquiring new business opportunities and the other 50% servicing key accounts to ensure renewal revenue.
