Andrew Harries

Andrew Harries has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Andrew started their career at The Search Works as an Account Manager and later became a Senior Account Manager, gaining valuable experience in managing client accounts. In 2009, they joined OMD UK as an Associate Director of Search and gradually progressed to roles such as Search Director and Head of Search. In these positions, they demonstrated their expertise in digital performance and search marketing.

In 2015, Andrew joined Visual IQ, Inc. as a Senior Director of Customer Success, EMEA. During their tenure, they focused on expanding the client base in the EMEA region and played a key role in the company's acquisition by Nielsen in October 2017.

Currently, Andrew is employed at BrightEdge as a Senior Director of Customer Success. Andrew initially led the team in EMEA and was later assigned additional responsibility for the APAC region. Their primary objective is to retain and grow the customer base by enabling marketers to overcome SEO and content marketing challenges using BrightEdge's AI-driven enterprise platform.

Throughout their career, Andrew has consistently delivered on revenue retention and growth goals, showcasing their strong business acumen and leadership skills in customer success roles.

Andrew Harries attended Birmingham City University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing.
