Chris Mezzetta

Chris Mezzetta has extensive work experience in various roles related to search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing. Chris is currently employed at BrightEdge as the Search Engine Optimization Team Lead in Professional Services since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BrightEdge as a Senior SEO Analyst in Professional Services from February 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining BrightEdge, Chris worked at AKQA, starting in June 2010. Chris held multiple roles during their tenure, including SEO Associate Director from June 2018 to February 2019, SEO Manager from June 2015 to June 2018, and Senior SEO Strategist from April 2011 to June 2015. Chris also worked as a Freelance SEO Strategist at AKQA from June 2010 to March 2011.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a Content Manager at WhatTheyThink.com from January 2010 to April 2011. Chris also gained experience as a Search Engine Marketer and Graphic Designer at Mezlove Productions from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphic Designer/Production Artist at Chapman-Huffman, Inc. from September 2007 to October 2009, and as a Search Specialist at Neo@Ogilvy from 2007 to 2009.

Additionally, Chris has experience in print production and project management roles. Chris worked in Prepress/Print Production at Ryder Graphics, Inc. in 2007, in Print Production at Moonlight Mailing and Printing from 2006 to 2007, and as a Project Manager at Global Document Solutions from 2005 to 2006. Chris started their career as a Senior Project Manager at Winning Directions, where they worked from 2001 to 2005.

Chris Mezzetta has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and English from the University of California, Davis. Prior to attending the University of California, Davis, Chris Mezzetta also completed an Associates of Arts degree in General studies at the College of San Mateo. Chris Mezzetta attended Mills High School for their secondary education.
