Aaron Dobbins

Aaron Dobbins is an accomplished manager and project manager with extensive experience in professional services for law enforcement and public safety sectors. Currently employed at OpenGov Inc. since December 2019, Dobbins has held several key positions, including Manager of Professional Services and Principal Project Manager, and was honored with the 2022 Project Manager of the Year award. Prior to this, Dobbins worked at Tyler Technologies, overseeing critical projects for law enforcement agencies across Texas and the United States. Dobbins also served as a Sergeant Investigator with the Texas Attorney General's office, leading investigations in the Cyber Crimes Unit and Human Trafficking Unit, and previously worked as a police officer in Bryan, Texas. Dobbins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
