Christopher Brady Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Christopher started their career as a Business Development & Database Content Manager at Romano Gatland in 2009, where they worked until 2011.

In 2012, Brady joined Dell - Data Protection as a Business Development Representative for AppAssure. Christopher excelled in this role, consistently exceeding sales goals. Christopher then moved on to become a Senior Business Development Representative before eventually transitioning to a Sales Manager position. In their role as Sales Manager at Dell, Brady was responsible for individual and team sales quotas in the Northeast and Midwest regions. Christopher also played a key role in building strong relationships with customers and channel partners, implementing new solutions, and strategizing backup and recovery plans. Brady demonstrated their expertise by mastering various backup products and was recognized for their contributions through selected presentations and training sessions. Christopher left Dell in December 2015.

Following their tenure at Dell, Brady joined SaleCycle in 2016 as their Inside Sales Manager. Christopher quickly made an impact by building and expanding the inside sales team for the Americas region. Christopher achieved an average quota attainment of 112% and implemented innovative practices to streamline Salesforce reporting. Brady also oversaw sales training and contributed to team quota attainment. Christopher was then promoted to Head of Sales, Americas, where they remained until February 2017. In this role, they were responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of inside sales representatives and driving sales growth. Christopher successfully increased sales in the Americas by 286%.

Most recently, Brady joined BrightEdge in March 2017 as the Director of Sales. Christopher later assumed the position of Sr. Director of Strategic Sales in March 2021. At BrightEdge, they have been instrumental in leading strategic sales initiatives and driving revenue growth.

Christopher Brady Jr. acquired a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a BrightEdge Certified Professional from BrightEdge in March 2017 and as a Sandler Training Certified from Sandler Training in February 2014.
