Hanna Hartford began their work experience in 2013 as a Cafe server at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Hanna held this position until 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Quality Assurance Intern at Proforma for a year. In 2019, they joined BrightEdge as a Client Services Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Client Services Analyst III in April 2021, where they are currently working.

Hanna Hartford attended Notre Dame Academy from 2011 to 2015, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Digital Science at Kent State University from 2015 to 2019. Hanna also obtained several certifications, including CISSP Cert Prep: 2 Asset Security, Ethical Hacking: Denial of Service, Firewall Administration Essential Training, Learning Ransomware Countermeasures, Malware: Defense and Response, and CompTIA Security+ (SY0-501) Cert Prep: 4 Identity and Access Management, all of which they received in 2018 from Lynda.com.
