Junjie Zhao

Junjie Zhao worked as a Software Engineer at BrightEdge from October 2017 onwards. In this role, they ensured the smooth functioning and delivery of data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Baidu Search Volume to customers on a weekly and monthly basis. Junjie redesigned the collection workflow for Google Search Console integration to deliver data one week earlier to customers, developed monitoring email to ensure high-quality data delivery, built a scalable collection client API for keyword search volume data collection from Baidu, and created an internal tool to backfill data for customer service.

Prior to BrightEdge, they were an Application Validation Engineer at Supermicro from May 2015 to October 2017.

Junjie also worked as a Dev/Test QA Engineer Intern at Financial Engines from March 2014 to December 2014.

Before that, they were a researcher at Integration Engineering Laboratory from May 2012 to May 2013.

In the summer of 2012, Junjie interned at Venstar One as a Loan Processor, processing unique loans and handling different problems daily.

From May 2008 to April 2010, they worked as a coach at Flying fish swimming school.

Junjie was also the Vice-president at Leadership from January 2009 to January 2010.

Junjie Zhao studied at the University of California, Davis, from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a double major and completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science as well as a Bachelor of Art in Economics. Prior to attending UC Davis, Junjie Zhao attended Ohlone College from 2008 to 2010, but there is no information available about the degree or field of study pursued during that time.
