Minh Pham has a strong background in management and technical roles. They began their career at Intel as a Hardware Engineer in 1997. From 1999 to 2005, Minh Pham worked at Determine as a Technical Support Manager, managing a team and providing support to enterprise customers. Following that, they joined Responsys as the Sr. Manager of Customer Support Operations, where they provided leadership for customer support and advocated for internal and external customers. From 2008 to 2010, Minh Pham held the role of Sr. Manager of Production Support at Responsys, where they managed infrastructure projects and drove platform stability. They then transitioned to a Director role at Responsys, leading a team of Production Support and overseeing the SaaS platforms. In 2013, they joined Oracle as a Sr. Manager of Technical Services, where they managed a team of technical consultants and provided leadership and guidance to clients and implementation consultants. Prior to their current role, Minh Pham worked at Captora as the Head of Implementation Services, overseeing the implementation of a top-of-funnel marketing platform. Most recently, they are the Director of Integration & Implementation Services at BrightEdge.
Minh Pham completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington from 1992 to 1998. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, Minh pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
