Lucy has also worked as a Client Account Handler and Client Services Administrator at eXPD8 Field Marketing. Currently, Lucy is serving as a Development Project Coordinator at Brighter Places. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Media, and Cultural Studies from Kingston University, and a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London.

Welcome to Brighter Places! We are a new housing association for Bristol and surrounding areas created following the merger of United Communities and Solon South West on 1 April 2021. We manage 3,300 homes and serve more than 8,100 residents, and we have ambitious plans for our future. This is a new chapter in our proud history as a bigger, better housing association delivering excellent customer service, resident-led decision-making and developing and improving homes.
