Dom Weller

Dom Weller, CFA, possesses extensive experience in investment management and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at Popsa since February 2018, Dom advises on governance, sustainability, and growth initiatives while facilitating fundraising efforts. As a Fund Manager at Octopus Investments since February 2015, Dom manages over £2.5 billion in assets, previously serving as an Investment Analyst. Additional experience includes providing strategic advice as a Ventures Adviser for The Baobab Network, with consulting projects for Rwandan fintech startups. Earlier career roles include a Global Venture Development Intern at Rocket Internet AG and an Analyst at CLEVIS Research GmbH. Dom holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management, supplemented by international academic exposure at Inha University.
