Scott Kelly

Scott Kelly is an experienced attorney and business counsel with a diverse background in commercial and business litigation. Currently serving as the Owner of SKELLYLAW, LLC since April 2023, Scott previously held the position of General Counsel at BrightFi from August 2021 to April 2023. Prior roles include Attorney at SJK Law LLC, where Scott specialized in general business counsel and litigation, and Of Counsel at McGlinchey Stafford in the Commercial Litigation Group. Scott also served as a Partner in the Business Litigation Group at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP and as Counsel at Tucker Ellis & West LLP, focusing on business litigation and bankruptcy.
