From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Director & Client Lead - Global Solutions at KellyOCG, where they designed and supported talent supply chain solutions for clients. Before that, Eric worked at Addison Group from 2011 to 2016, first as an IT Recruiter, then as a Business Development Manager, and later as a Branch Manager, IT Direct Hire.
