Kirstie Yousif

Kirstie Yousif (Thompson) is a Senior Application Support Engineer at Brightflag, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this, Kirstie worked at Backstop Solutions Group from July 2019 to November 2025, where roles included Application Support Engineer II and Application Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes serving as an Application Analyst and Application Specialist at SAP Fieldglass from June 2016 to July 2019. Kirstie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Lake Forest College, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and an Associate's Degrees in Art and Science with a focus on Computer Science from College of Lake County, completed from 2012 to 2014.
