Vasylii Demianets has been working in recruitment roles since July 2018, starting as a Recruitment Researcher at MWDN Ltd and eventually moving on to become a Lead Generation Manager. After that, Vasylii joined Akvelon, Inc. as a Recruiter, where Vasylii worked on global recruiting efforts. Currently, Vasylii is working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Brightgrove, focusing on global recruiting with a specific emphasis on Europe and Latin America. Vasylii also has a background in Law and Business/Managerial Economics from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.
