Vera Batova

Vera Batova is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Legal Counsel at Brightgrove since April 2019, Vera previously held the position of IP Lawyer at Moris Group from April to December 2018, and served as an Associate at Arzinger from August 2012 to January 2017. Earlier career roles include researcher at the Scientific Research Institute of Intellectual Property from March 2011 to July 2012 and Senior Lawyer at Patent and Law firm "D&L Consult" from October 2008 to September 2009. Vera holds a Master's degree from the Institute of Intellectual Property of National University "Odessa Academy of Law," an LLM in International and European Law from Ghent University, and a Master of Law in Civil and Commercial Law from Kiev National Economics University. Additional professional development includes participation in a WIPO program from September to November 2021.
