Leonie van Strien

Leonie van Strien is a Corporate Legal Counsel at Royal IHC since September 2017, specializing in corporate law with extensive experience in advising national and international clients on corporate restructurings, legal mergers, joint ventures, and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Leonie served as a Senior Consultant at PwC Nederland from March 2015 to August 2017, focusing on legal aspects of (re)structurings and mergers. From September 2011 to February 2015, Leonie worked as a Lawyer/Paralegal in corporate law at Loyens & Loeff, providing advice on various corporate matters including incorporation and liquidation of entities. Leonie began professional experience as a Supervisor at &beyond consumer research from July 2007 to September 2011. Leonie holds a Master’s degree in Law (Business) from Erasmus University Rotterdam, attained in 2010.
