Abhishek Sarihan has over 12 years of work experience in the tech industry. In 2021, they joined BrightHire as the Director of Product (Founding Product Hire). From 2018 to 2021, they were the Senior Product Manager 2 and Senior Product Manager at Compass, where they rewrote the design editor to scale template creation, increase adoption, and reduce costs. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Thunder Industries as the Senior Product Manager (Ad Tech) and Product Manager - 2 (Creative Editor). From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Calpine as a Data Programmer, building internal tools for traders and analysts. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Cerner Corporation as a Software Engineer, building a desktop app to ingest data and generate reports. In 2009, they worked at Cerner Corporation as a Software Engineer Intern, where they implemented UI for a web-based medical image viewer and created a test tool using Java and C++. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at The University of Texas at Austin as a System Administrator, providing IT support and resolving software and hardware problems.
