Jess Peters

Jess Peters currently serves as the Associate Director of Demand Generation for ANZ at BrightHR, starting in March 2024. Prior experience includes leading product growth as Head of Product Growth at PropHero from March 2023 to March 2024 and managing marketing initiatives at Cabcharge Payments from January 2021 to March 2023 as Head of Marketing. In this role, Jess was instrumental in restoring revenue across various business units post-COVID. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Shippit, where strategic marketing initiatives significantly increased inbound leads, as well as marketing management positions at Hannover Fairs Australia and Informa Australia. Jess began the professional journey in journalism with the South Sydney Herald and gained media production experience at UNSWTV. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Media, Communications & Journalism from UNSW and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Advertising) from Ultimo TAFE.
