Chris Lynch

Chris Lynch is an experienced leader in land operations and community development, currently serving as President of Land Operations at Brightland Homes since February 2012, having previously held roles as Vice President and Director of Feasibility/Entitlement/Development. Prior to Brightland Homes, Chris worked at Lennar from 2005 to 2012 as Community Development Manager, overseeing land activities for the Austin division and managing master-planned communities in the Denver and Colorado Springs markets as Director of Operations. Earlier, from 2001 to 2005, Chris held various positions at Friendswood Development Company, including Community Development Manager, with responsibilities in Northeast Houston. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas in Texas.
