Greg Geist

Greg Geist is an experienced construction management professional with over two decades in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Brightland Homes since January 2023, Greg has previously held managerial roles at PulteGroup and D.R. Horton, as well as senior leadership positions at Century Communities, Inc., and Triton Communities. Early career experience includes superintendent roles at Engle Homes/TOUSA and Genesee Custom Homes, along with a field manager position at Centex Homes. Greg Geist holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
