Kelli Odum

Kelli Odum, MLPD, currently serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Brightland Homes since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Land Acquisition at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC from April 2022 to June 2023, Forestar Group Inc. from March 2020 to April 2022, and Rausch Coleman Homes from December 2018 to March 2020. Kelli Odum also held positions as Land Acquisition Manager at PulteGroup and K. Hovnanian® Homes, as well as Development Associate at NewQuest Properties, and Project Development Coordinator at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Kelli Odum is pursuing a Master of Land & Property Development at Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University, with additional studies at the University of Houston.
