Elizabeth Avery, MA, LPC has a strong and extensive work experience in the behavioral health industry. Elizabeth currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Southwest Region at Burrell Behavioral Health. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions at Burrell, including Executive Vice President of Community Services and President of the Arkansas Region. Elizabeth also served as Vice President of Youth Services and Interim President of the Arkansas Region. Before joining Burrell, Elizabeth worked at Four County, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Operations for the Southern Region and Senior Director of School-Based Services and Clinical Informatics. Elizabeth also served as a Director and Case Manager for school-based services at Four County. Elizabeth's experience demonstrates their expertise in managing operations, overseeing clinical services, and leading teams in the field of behavioral health.
Elizabeth Avery, MA, LPC completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Lee University from 2008 to 2011. Elizabeth then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College & Seminary between 2012 and 2015. Currently, they are enrolled at Regent University and is working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Psychology, with an expected completion date in 2022.
