Timo Hartikainen

Timo Hartikainen started their work experience in 2019 as a Junior Software Engineer at Profit Software Ltd until March 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tampere University from September 2019 to January 2020. In 2019, Timo also joined Modulight, Inc. as a Junior R&D Engineer, where they currently hold the position. In February 2021, Timo co-founded Brightlife Oy and is currently serving as the company's CTO.

Timo Hartikainen's education history begins in 2014 when they attended The Classical High School of Tampere, where they completed The Matriculation Examination with a focus on the Natural Sciences Advanced Program. After graduating from high school, they went on to pursue their Bachelor's degree in Physics at Tampere University of Technology, starting in 2018 and completing it in 2023. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to engage in exchange studies at Maastricht University in 2022, where they further pursued their interest in Medicine by completing their Doctor of Medicine - MD degree. Following their undergraduate studies, Timo enrolled in Tampere University to pursue a Doctor of Medicine - MD degree in Medicine, starting in 2020 and expected to complete in 2026.
