Benjamin Franco has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Sales Manager at Universal Underwriters Group until 2005. Following this, they joined Casswood Insurance as the Vice President of Sales-Partner, where they managed sales and production efforts for a full-service P&C agency. In 2005, they also became an Instructor-Dynamics of Selling at The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. From 2013 to 2022, Benjamin worked at Ally, initially as an Account Executive and then as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for managing a group of account executives and redesigning territory structures. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior Account Executive, achieving impressive goals in new account acquisition and retention. Most recently, starting in November 2022, Benjamin has taken up the position of Vice President of Sales at BRIGHTLINE DEALER ADVISORS.
Benjamin Franco completed their education at Penn State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing. This occurred sometime before 1987, as they finished their studies in that year.
