Jocelyn McGriff

Jocelyn McGriff, LCSW, is a seasoned behavioral health professional with extensive experience in providing therapy and mental health services. Currently serving as a Behavioral Therapist at Brightline since June 2022, Jocelyn specializes in brief solution-focused therapy for children and adolescents while also contributing as a subject matter expert on behavioral health. Previously, Jocelyn worked as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Marine Corps Community Services, conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment recommendations. The professional journey includes roles as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and BAPTIST AGEWELL PHYSICIANS INC, where Jocelyn focused on family therapy, end-of-life discussions, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Earlier experience includes social services counseling and bilingual therapy for children and families. Jocelyn holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University - East Bay.
