Danielle Unger

Danielle Unger, LCSW, is a dedicated behavioral therapist and health consultant at CrescentCare since May 2019, providing solution-focused counseling and conducting behavioral health assessments for clients in conjunction with primary care providers. With extensive experience as a community support specialist at NO/AIDS Task Force since February 2015, Danielle assists low-income disabled individuals in maintaining stable housing while offering community psychiatric support and rehabilitation. Previous roles include crisis residence worker at Resources for Human Development, research assistant at the University of Virginia, and educator in various capacities. Danielle holds a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry at the University of New Orleans.
