Pearl Shin

Pearl Shin has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Pearl is currently working as a Software Engineer at Brightline since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Ruby on Rails Engineer at Freshly from April 2019 to October 2021. Pearl also worked as a Software Engineer at TuneCore from October 2018 to March 2019, and at PINCHme.com from June 2016 to September 2018. Pearl's earlier experiences include working as a Rails Developer at Copilot Provider Support Services from June 2015 to May 2016, and as a Student at Dev Bootcamp from November 2014 to February 2015. Before pursuing a career in software engineering, they gained experience in editorial and writing roles. Pearl worked as an Editorial Intern at Sequel Media Group from August 2013 to June 2014, a Blogger/PR at Suoak in May 2013, a Contributing Writer at New York Family from January 2013 to April 2013, and an Editorial Intern at StyledOn from August 2012 to December 2012.

Pearl Shin pursued their education in a chronological order, completing their Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Hamilton College between 2008 and 2012. Later, in 2014 and 2015, they attended Dev Bootcamp where they obtained knowledge and skills in the field of Web Development.
