Laura Wilson is an experienced Customer Success professional with a robust background in establishing and leading teams. Currently serving as the Customer Success Department Manager at BrightLocal since September 2021, Laura has been instrumental in building the department from inception and now leads a team of eight. Previously, Laura held the role of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at The Access Group, where a focus on the non-profit sector and tailored success plans contributed to account growth and retention.
