Irangani Herath Mudiyanselage is a highly motivated and experienced high school math and physics teacher at Brightmont Academy since December 2022, with a strong passion for fostering engaging learning environments. Irangani possesses in-depth knowledge of math and physics curriculums and has demonstrated the ability to inspire students. Additionally, Irangani has been a volunteer teacher at Sarana International Buddhist Vihara since September 2012, focusing on differentiated learning, community organization, and classroom management. Previous roles include a math instructor at Mathnasium, where Irangani adapted curriculum for individual student needs, and various technical positions, including laboratory technician/analyst at Bureau Veritas Mineral Laboratories and engineer in the QA/QC department at Dankotuwa Porcelain Ltd. Irangani holds degrees in Data Analytics from the University of Washington and in Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
