Priyanka Singh

Priyanka Singh is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Associate at BrightNight since March 2023. Prior to this role, Priyanka held positions including Company Secretary & Compliance Head at Amstrad Consumer India Private Limited from August 2021 to February 2023, and Compliance Manager at SUMIT PATIL & ASSOCIATES from October 2020 to August 2021. Initial experience includes a role as a CS Trainee at CS NARENDRA BIJLANI & ASSOCIATES from September 2019 to October 2020. Academically, Priyanka is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Savitribai Phule Pune University, following completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on Company Law, also from the same university, as well as obtaining qualifications as a Company Secretary and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM).
